Dr. Rizvi is at your service. Traditional practices schedule patients on a first come first serve basis, which often leads to patients waiting weeks prior to seeing a physician. Our premium members have slots available within 24 hours of a request to visit their doctor in person. If an urgent appointment is needed, we can arrange for same day telemedicine visits or phone calls to communicate your concerns. Of course, we have secure communication via our patient portal to help address your needs.

Our physicians are well versed in the obesity epidemic. We are board certified, so we understand the conventional approach to medical weight loss. However, we specialize in intermittent fasting and the gut microbiome. We feel that a more natural approach to weight loss and nutrition, will not only keep your pounds off over time, but more importantly prevent chronic inflammatory conditions and lower cancer risks. We want to teach our patients the optimal way to live their lives, focusing on eating patterns, nutrition, sleeping schedules, activity, and mental health to reach optimal wellness. We are your support system, and wellness coach. 

Pharmacy services are not covered by most private insurance companies, however, we feel that our patients would benefit from a pharmacist's expertise to help navigate their medication prescriptions. Our on-staff pharmacist, will discuss medication regimens and side effects at your request. We will look for drug interactions and if needed evaluate for how your medications are metabolized in your system to ensure you are on the appropriate therapy. Our pharmacist is working to provide in house medication dispensary to help lower your cost and save you time to fulfill your medications by the end of your visit. Pharmacy services are included for premium members of our practice.

Most traditional medical practices offer 15 minute appointments at each visit. Sometimes, this is simply not enough time to discuss, in detail, the concerns you may be having. Our members should rest assure they are never rushed, and in fact prioritized on the schedule. If you feel that you need an extended visit to help manage your concerns, then we will be honored to schedule additional time for your appointment. 

We are always looking for ways to help our patients achieve their wellness goals. Our members will receive discounts on all of our fee for service items offered in our practice.
