Access All Your Info Online

Utilize the patient portal to access all relevant information online. You can download forms, schedule appointments, contact your physician via secure HIPPA complaint messaging. Our portal allows patients to view labs and review your health records.

Family Medicine 

Primary Care Medicine focuses on prevention. We are leaders in general health, and emphasize screening modalities to ensure our patients receive optimal health care.  We are trained to take care of all age groups and genders. We focus on the whole family!

A board certified family physician is trained in treating the WHOLE person, we are able to manage the majority of health care needs, and are experienced on knowing when to refer to a subspecialty for continued care.

In House Pharmacist

   We are honored to offer pharmacy services at our practice. Medication therapy management and chronic disease management are covered via medicare, and we want our patients to benefit from these services to ensure their medications are tolerated well.

 

Our Pharmacist will review all medications prescribed to ensure there are no drug interactions and help clarify any questions or concerns.

Controlled Substance Policy

At Florida Advanced Medicine, controlled substances are handled on an individual bases. For chronic pain management requiring opioid treatment, we will refer our patients to a Pain Management Specialist. We will not be prescribing long term opioids at our clinic, and will not be refilling previously prescribed medications during any visits.
